It is a very valuable raw material because it is 100% and infinitely recyclable, so it is important to manage processing waste to enable its full recovery. The extraction system designed for hot-foil embossed foil waste is known for its flexibility and ability to be expanded. Production waste is an input for the system and at the same time positively supports production processes by improving performance. The vacuum system collects the waste and dust at the production site, transports it through a closed duct system to the disposal centre and delivers it, for example, in the form of compact bales. The dust-laden transport air is cleaned in the Jet-Filter and can be expelled outside or fed back into the production room, depending on customer requirements.

Highly efficient modular solutions

Paper processing waste and dust are collected in-line at the collection point of the finishing machine. Afterwards, they are transported in a closed pipe system to the evacuation system. In many solutions, the output consists of compact, stacked bales. The dusty air is filtered in the jet filter system and the clean air can be transported to the production hall or outside the building. In both cases, both for recycling the air inside (which also optimises the air conditioning of the production rooms) and for sending the air outside, the air is purified according to current regulations.
